Class Descriptions
TINY TOTS (10 Months- 17 Months)
We believe parent and child gym classes are the ultimate multitask: staying active and bonding with your kiddo—without needing a babysitter or a time machine. It’s never too early for your little one to start learning, moving, and having some Serious Fun (yes, that includes bubbles). From infant to toddler, our parent and child classes help spark early development and build a strong foundation during those all-important first three years. And since you’re right there alongside them, you won’t miss a single wobble, giggle, or “did-you-see-that?!” moment—complete with smiles, hugs, and the occasional adult-sized giggle.
Wondering when to start parent and child gym classes? The answer is easy: as soon as your baby hits 4 months old and is ready to roll (sometimes literally). The earlier you get moving together, the better. Research shows that babies who stay active early on tend to grow into healthier kids—and our classes are ready whenever you are.
PARENT AND ME (18 Months- 3 YRS)

With a parent or caregiver by their side, little ones will explore age-appropriate gymnastics equipment, practice simple skills like rolling, climbing, jumping, and swinging, and enjoy music and group activities.
This class also encourages social interaction, listening skills, and bonding time in a safe, supportive environment. No prior gymnastics experience is needed—just come ready to move, play, and make memories together!

Teachers and parents will work together to introduce key concepts such as taking turns, sharing, listening and following directions. Our carefully designed Parent and Me activities will capture your child’s imagination while developing gross motor skills and early gymnastics activities. Following instructions, waiting in line, and following teacher's instruction are all practiced in this class. This series begins with a class for children who have little or no experience in the sport of Gymnastics, we focus on proper form and increased endurance. Typically this is the first structured activity for these kids. No parents here...three year olds are on their own! Three year old Kindergym Junior students are learning how to stay with a group, beginning to understand and follow directions and are developing independence from their parent. Our lesson plans will build on those concepts while introducing your child to physical activities that will engage their imagination while developing gross motor strength, coordination and early gymnastics fundamentals
